Gentle Folk Scary Gully Pinot Noir comes from a high-elevation Adelaide Hills vineyard planted on light loamy clay over sandstone and quartz. Pinot Noir undergoes partial whole-cluster fermentation before oak maturation, producing a balanced, perfumed and pure expression shaped by this distinctive cool-climate site.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin and soft cheeses.
