Gehringer Brothers Old Vines Auxerrois is an off-dry Okanagan white with soft, mellow acidity and subtle fruit character. Ripe apple, peach and melon notes meet a citrus accent, while balanced acidity and gentle sweetness create a smooth, refreshing palate with an easygoing finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with brown butter scallops, garlic prawns, creamy fish gratin, and mushroom linguine.
