Gautier VSOP Cognac is a rich and harmonious expression from historic Maison Gautier, crafted from a blend of eaux-de-vie sourced from the Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois crus of Cognac. The eaux-de-vie are matured for at least four years, developing a rounded and generous style where honeyed sweetness, ripe fig and vanilla meet fruit, floral nuances, oak and gentle spice. Bottled at 40% ABV, this balanced VSOP can be enjoyed over ice or used to add depth and richness to classic Cognac cocktails.

Food Pairing: Scallops, oysters, foie gras, aged cheese, fig tart, roasted nuts, vanilla creme brulee, honey-glazed pork, and dark chocolate. Maison Gautier specifically recommends scallops and oysters with its VSOP.
