Champagne Gardet 130th Anniversary Cuvée Millésime Extra-Brut 2015 is an exceptional and symbolic prestige sparkling wine created to mark the 130th anniversary of the historic Champagne Gardet house (1895–2025). Crafted from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir—drawn primarily from the Premier Cru terroir of Chigny-les-Roses—and 30% Chardonnay, this vintage cuvée utilizes only first-press juices and undergoes long aging on its lees for over eight years before finishing with a precise extra-brut dosage of 4 g/L. In the glass, it shows a pale golden-yellow hue with fine, persistent effervescence. The expressive nose opens with generous aromas of white-fleshed fruit including juicy pear, quince, and white peach, giving way to delicate white jasmine, acacia blossoms, sugared almond, and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and full-bodied, combining vibrant flavors of lemon zest, fresh brioche, and chalky minerality that culminate in a long, refined citrus-peel finish.
