A vibrant and modern sake from Oki Daikichi Honten in Fukushima, Gakki Masamune Fukunoka is brewed using Fukushima's signature local rice variety, Fukunoka. The nose opens with lush aromas of ripe white peach, green apple, juicy melon, and delicate white flowers. The palate is brilliantly balanced with light natural effervescence, juicy fruit sweetness, crisp acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.
