About the Gaja Grappa Gaia & Rey 500ml
Gaja & Rey Gaja Grappa is produced by distilling the Chardonnay pomace used for Gaja Rey.
The distillation of this Grappa Gaja takes place in a discontinuous alembic which perfectly preserves the varietal aromas.
It is therefore a very delicate grappa, where white fruit dominates the bouquet and is also found on the palate, with a soft and not at all aggressive sip.
