A rare independent bottling of Dalmunach, one of Scotland’s newest and most modern distilleries, featured in the "Spirit of Scotland" series. Matured in a refill Sherry hogshead, this 2016 vintage offers a delicate yet fruity nose of red apple, honeyed malt, and a hint of spice. The palate is light and crisp, typical of the distillery’s elegant spirit style, displaying layers of poached pear, vanilla cream, and a touch of ginger. The finish is clean and medium in length, with a pleasant lingering sweetness of orchard fruit and subtle oak.
