Sherry aromas are followed by brown sugar, rum and raisin and warm spices. Sweet and smooth flavours of stewed spiced damsons, with fig and apricot conserve. Seville orange peel and charred oak develop. A long finish with sweet and spicy notes and lingering roasted hazelnuts.
