Crafted in the world-renowned Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2020 is one of the distinguished second wines from Château Pichon Longueville Baron, a Second Growth (Deuxième Grand Cru Classé). First created with the 2012 vintage, Les Griffons offers a direct, powerful, and Cabernet-forward expression of the estate’s legendary terroir. Sourced primarily from gravelly plots located close to the Gironde estuary, the hand-picked fruit undergoes plot-by-plot vinification before aging for 18 months in French oak barrels (60% new). The 2020 vintage captures a pristine balance between dense dark fruit intensity, firm structure, and Pauillac elegance.
