Domaine de Chevalier's red wine is a prestigious Bordeaux blend, often from the Pessac-Léognan appellation, known for its elegance and structure. The 2017 L'Esprit de Chevalier Rouge is described as showing power and structure, while the 2021 vintage is noted for its fresh, structured palate with silky tannins and hints of graphite and licorice. The wine also features aromas of red and black berries with spicy notes, and a velvety, intense color, according to Barrels and Beyond PH.
