About the Fukumitsuya Kazeyo Mizuyo Hitoyo Junmai
Kazeyo Mizuyo Hitoyo is Fukumitsuya’s latest take on refreshing junmai sake. The alcohol content is designed to be 9%, and Fukumitsuya’s unique ”FS9” yeast is used for the first time. It is characterized by a mild and slightly sweet taste, moderate acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
As a ”tipsy sake to accompany meals”, it can be blended with the flavors of any dish and has an excellent effect of removing fishy and greasy food. It is suitable for daily dining and can also be used as a cocktail base.
