About the Fukucho Seaside Junmai Sparkling Sake 500ml
Bright and crisp, with refreshing notes of lemon-lime and fresh apple layered over a subtle citrusy lift from white koji. Fine natural bubbles create a soft, frothy texture on the palate, finishing clean and lively with vibrant acidity and a refreshing dry character.
Food Pairing: West Coast oysters, squid, sea urchin, spicy shellfish, grilled seafood and fresh fruit-based desserts.
