Crafted at the historic Tequileña distillery in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, Fuenteseca Reserva Extra Añejo 7 Year Old is an artisanal 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit curated by master distiller Enrique Fonseca. Distilled in copper pot stills from fully matured highland agave, the spirit was aged for a full 7 years in a cool, subterranean mountain cellar. Maturing in a combination of recycled California white wine casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels, this expression achieves a harmonious balance between vibrant cooked agave and refined wood influence, delivering a sophisticated profile rich in dried fruit, gentle oak spice, and warm vanilla.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted pork tenderloin with apple reduction, dark chocolate desserts, aged Manchego cheese, toasted almonds, or braised short ribs.
