Frind Estate Winery Midnight is a distinctive Canadian red made entirely from Marechal Foch grown at the winery's Homeblock Vineyard. Deeply coloured and expressive, it delivers bright cherry, blackberry, and plum fruit complemented by rich mocha character, creating a concentrated and approachable expression of this cold-hardy variety.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with barbecue ribs, grilled beef burgers, braised short ribs, or smoked brisket.
