It displays a clear, brilliant ruby-red colour and opens with an intense, complex bouquet of red berries—predominantly raspberry and redcurrant—layered with elegant floral notes of violet and rose. As it breathes, sophisticated tertiary aromas of black pepper, balsamic herbs, and a hint of dark chocolate emerge. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and exceptionally balanced, showcasing a dense yet silky tannic structure and a refreshing acidity that provides remarkable lift.
