Frerejean Freres VV26 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

A vibrant and expressive blanc de blancs of great depth and complexity with a delicate mousse, marked minerality and a creamy mouthfeel. The nose is clean and bright with aromas of lemon peel, red and green apple, roasted pineapple and orchard fruits alongside autolytic notes of toasted brioche, puff pastry and shortbread. On the palate it's rich, honeyed and full-bodied with crisp acidity and a creamy texture reminiscent of a top cuvée.

Food Pairing: This blanc de blancs Champagne would make a perfect partner for chicken liver mousse with a raspberry compote, a Holstein beef tartare tartlet topped with caviar, or tarte tatin.
