Freixenet Carta Nevada Brut is a crisp, lively, and approachable Spanish Cava produced by Freixenet in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, located in the heart of the Penedès region. Crafted using the traditional method (mêtode tradicional) from an equal blend of indigenous Catalan grapes—Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada—it displays a bright, pale straw-yellow color. The bouquet opens with refreshing aromas of green apple, white peach, acacia flower, and subtle citrus, complemented by light notes of toasted bread and dried herbs. On the palate, it is light-bodied and clean, featuring energetic, mid-sized bubbles, a softly balanced acidity, and a crisp, dry finish with delicate hints of almond.
