About the Franz Haas Lepus Pinot Blanc
Franz Haas Lepus Pinot Blanc is an elegant, structured white wine produced in the high-altitude vineyards of South Tyrol (Alto Adige), Italy. Vinified primarily in stainless steel with a portion fermented in oak barriques, it ages on its lees to develop remarkable richness and complexity. In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color with an inviting bouquet of ripe green apples, white peaches, wildflowers, and fresh bread crust. On the palate, it delivers a harmoniously balanced profile defined by crisp acidity, fine minerality, and a persistent, creamy finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, pan-seared white fish, creamy pasta dishes, seafood risotto, light Asian cuisine, and soft cheeses.
