A powerful Chilean Cabernet Franc from Casa Fèvre, sourced from San Luis de Pirque in the Maipo Valley. Black fruit, toast and violet lead into a full, concentrated palate with firm tannins, fresh acidity and refined French oak.
Food Pairing: Grilled beef, braised meats, charcuterie, lamb, roasted pork, hearty stews and mature cheeses.
