Foradori Granato 2021 is a dark, intense, and exceptionally refined biodynamic red wine produced by Azienda Agricola Foradori in the high-altitude Campo Rotaliano plain of Trentino-Alto Adige. Crafted from 100% Teroldego harvested from old, massal selection vines, it is aged for 15 months in large oak casks to build texture and complexity. Smoldering from the glass with complex aromas of black raspberry, dark plum, graphite, mentholated herbs, violet, and crushed stone, it exhibits a full-bodied, silky-smooth profile balanced by electric natural acidity and fine-grained, chalky tannins that culminate in a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs superbly with roasted leg of lamb, braised venison, wild boar ragù, grilled duck breast, truffle-infused dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
