Fontanafredda Barolo 2022 is a classic, deeply expressive, and structured Italian red wine crafted by one of the most historic and legendary estates in Piedmont. Poured into the glass, it reveals an attractive ruby-red hue with characteristic garnet highlights that elegantly warm over time. The nose opens with an inviting and clean bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild berries, and dried plums, beautifully interwoven with traditional notes of withered rose petals, dry leaves, forest floor, and a subtle touch of licorice.
