Domaine de Fondrèche Blanc 2025 is an expressive, organic Southern Rhône white wine crafted by Sébastien Vincenti at the foot of Mount Ventoux. Grown on sandy and silty soils, this cuvée combines Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Vermentino (Rolle) to present a delicate, pale yellow hue. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of white peach, grapefruit, citrus blossom, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is crisp, medium-bodied, and beautifully balanced, offering textured orchard fruit flavors underpinned by a refined saline minerality and a long, refreshing finish.
