A distinctive natural red with tart red berries, cherry, pomegranate, blood orange, herbs, and earthy notes. Extended maceration gives the pale-colored wine surprising depth, texture, and gentle tannic structure, followed by a year of aging in used barrels.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, beef tartare, charcuterie, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, tomato-based dishes, or soft cheeses.
