Fino Reposado Tequila

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Destiladora de Altos de Jalisco, F Fino Reposado Tequila is an artisanal 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit focused on traditional small-batch production. Sourced from estate-grown agave in the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos, the piñas are cooked in steam-heated stone ovens, crushed in roller mills, and open-fermented using natural yeast. After double distillation in classic copper pot stills, the spirit is rested in white oak barrels for several months to soften the raw agave bite, introducing subtle layers of oak, vanilla, and gentle baking spice while preserving its vibrant highland agave character.

Food Pairing: Grilled skirt steak (carne asada), slow-cooked pork carnitas, aged Manchego cheese, roasted poblano peppers, grilled chicken fajitas, or cinnamon churros.

Tasting Notes: Pale golden amber in appearance with bright clarity, a smooth medium body, and slow-coating tears.

Nose: Warm and inviting, opening with sweet cooked agave, soft oak, and rich vanilla, accompanied by toasted nuts, light cinnamon, and a hint of zesty orange peel.

Palate: Smooth, round, and well-balanced on the palate, featuring rich caramelized agave and creamy vanilla upfront before unfolding into complex layers of toasted oak, light baking spices, and a soft peppery undertone.
