Fino Blanco Tequila

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Destiladora de Altos de Jalisco, F Fino Blanco Tequila is an artisanal 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit focused on traditional small-batch production. Sourced from estate-grown agave in the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos, the piñas are cooked in steam-heated stone ovens, crushed in roller mills, and open-fermented using natural yeast. Double-distilled in classic copper pot stills, this unaged tequila captures a bright, crisp, and agave-forward profile balanced by vibrant citrus notes, clean minerality, and gentle herbal undertones.

Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp street tacos, fresh fish ceviche, roasted pork carnitas, fresh oysters, guacamole with tortilla chips, or citrus-marinated chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with brilliant clarity and a clean, smooth, medium-bodied texture.

Nose: Fresh and inviting, opening with bright sweet cooked agave and zesty lime peel, accompanied by white pepper, fresh floral notes, and a hint of wet stone minerality.

Palate: Crisp and well-balanced on the palate, bursting with bright citrus oils and sweet agave nectar upfront before unfolding into layers of cracked black pepper, earthy minerals, and subtle green herbs.

Finish: Medium-long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of zesty lime, sweet roasted agave, and a crisp peppery warmth.

Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn or Riedel Tequila glass, over a large ice sphere with a fresh wedge of lime, or as an elevated base for a classic Tommy's Margarita, Paloma, or Ranch Water.
