Crafted in the Bairrada region of Portugal using the traditional method, this single-vineyard sparkling wine originates from the chalk-marl soils of Óis do Bairro (São Lourenço). It opens with an intriguing nose of crisp green apples, white florals, toasted brioche, lemon peel, and a distinct chalky minerality. Refined and elegant on the palate, it exhibits ultra-fine effervescence, bright linear acidity, and a long, savory, mineral-driven finish.
