A luscious and velvety fortified raspberry dessert wine with concentrated ripe berry character, rich sweetness and a smooth, liqueur-like texture. Natural raspberry sugars are retained through a short fermentation before fortification, producing an intensely fruity and indulgent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with chocolate fondue, chocolate desserts, cheesecake, creamy desserts, dark chocolate, or enjoy well chilled on its own.
