Field and Sound Bottled-in-Bond Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey

Field & Sound Bottled-in-Bond Straight Wheated Bourbon is produced and bottled by Long Island Spirits on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. Made from locally sourced field corn, winter wheat, and malted barley, it uses sweet-mash fermentation and is double pot distilled. The whiskey is aged for at least four years and bottled at the Bottled-in-Bond strength of 100 proof (50% ABV).

Food Pairing: Pairs well with barbecue pork, roasted meats, glazed ham, aged cheeses, chocolate desserts, pecan pie, and caramel-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: A smooth, soft wheated bourbon combining bakery-like sweetness, brown sugar, chocolate spice, citrus, and toffee.
