Carn Mor Fettercairn 10 Year Old 47.5%

From the Fettercairn distillery, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr, this ten-year-old single malt was finished in a tokaji wine Barrique. Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited collection is released without colour or chill-filtration. Total outturn worldwide; 900 bottles.

Nose:  Soaked plums, spiced carrot cake, stone fruits and a hint of sawdust.

Palate: Sticky toffee pudding, dark roasted coffee and tropical fruits. Luscious vanilla brings balance to a hint of herbal spice. 

Finish: Finish is completely different - gingerbread and baked apple linger on this very long finish.
