About the Ferrari Rose
A delicate and refined sparkling rosé, Ferrari Rosé displays a brilliant coppery colour tending toward old rose, with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is of remarkable finesse, featuring fresh fragrances of hawthorn flowers, redcurrants, and wild strawberries, underpinned by a delicate note of crusty bread from extended aging. On the palate, it is dry, clean, and elegant, showcasing a harmonious balance between its fresh fruit core and a background of sweet almonds supported by an acidulous vein.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or paired with medium-structured dishes like tuna sashimi, margherita pizza, roasted poultry, or grilled seafood.

The Ferrari NV Trento Metodo Classico Rosé Brut (made with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay) shows a raspberry pink color with aromas of wild myrtle, cassis and sweet almond. There is a hint of bramble and shiny berry leaf that gives this sparkling wine a cool climate, mountainous character. The beading is fine and sharp.
