About the Ferrari Brut
A historic and iconic sparkling wine from the mountains of Trentino, Ferrari Brut is the quintessential expression of the Trentodoc style. It presents a brilliant straw yellow colour with subtle greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and intense, with a broad aromatic range of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers, and a delicate fragrance of yeast and crusty bread from over 20 months of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced, displaying a firm backbone of acidity and a clean, elegant finish marked by notes of ripe fruit and a hint of crusty bread.
Food Pairing: An ideal aperitif that also pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, vegetable tempura, mild cheeses, or traditional Italian cured meats like Prosciutto di Parma.
