Holzer Fernet Hunter Yōtei is a limited-edition artisanal herbal liqueur crafted by bittermaker Raphael Holzer. Combining Austrian distilling tradition with Japanese botanicals, it pairs classical alpine arnica and orris root with wild lavender harvested near Mount Yōtei in Hokkaido, Japan, resulting in an extraordinarily fragrant, floral, and complex bitter.

Food Pairing: Rich charcuterie, roasted duck breast, dark chocolate truffles, aged manchego cheese, or lemon-herb grilled chicken.
