Holzer Original BC (Fernet, Aromatic Bitter) is a special-edition artisanal herbal liqueur created in collaboration between Raphael Holzer (founder of Fernet Hunter) and Max Jenke (founder of Endeavor Snowboards) to celebrate snowboard culture. It elevates the original recipe by infusing hand-harvested wild blueberries—sourced from both the forests of Brunnwald, Austria, and the interior of British Columbia, Canada—alongside classic arnica, lavender, and orris root botanicals.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate tarts, venison, aged manchego cheese, roasted duck, or wild berry desserts.

Tasting Notes : Deep golden amber with subtle ruby highlights and a smooth, medium-bodied, rounded mouthfeel.

Nose : Aromatic lavender, ripe wild blueberries, earthy orris root, floral arnica, and subtle alpine forest pine.

Palate : Complex and layered with notes of dark fruity wild blueberry rounding out firm herbal bitterness, lavender, and grounding earthy roots.
