Fen Chiew 30 Year Old Baijiu (also known as Xinghuacun Fenjiu 30 Year Old) is a super-premium expression of "light aroma" (Qingxiang) baijiu. Produced in the historic Xinghuacun village of China's Shanxi province, this spirit undergoes a meticulous double solid-state fermentation process using high-quality sorghum and a traditional starter culture (Daqu) made from barley and peas. Aged in traditional earthenware ceramic pots for 30 years, this exceptionally rare spirit represents the absolute pinnacle of the light aroma style, celebrated for its pristine purity, delicate sweetness, and incredibly complex floral elegance without the heavy funk found in other baijiu categories.
