Fattoria Del Pino Brunello Di Montalcino 2019 is an artisanal, highly expressive Tuscan red wine produced by winemaker Jessica Pellegrini from organically farmed Sangiovese vines located on the cooler, high-altitude slopes north of Montalcino. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged for 36 months in large traditional Slavonian oak casks, it displays a vibrant ruby-garnet color. The nose opens with alluring aromatics of ripe red cherry, wild strawberry, dried rose petals, and orange peel, intertwined with underlying notes of fresh herbs, leather, and crushed stone minerality. On the palate, it is elegant, medium-to-full-bodied, and beautifully balanced, offering pure red fruit flavors underpinned by fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, and a long, savory, earth-inflected finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with classic Bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised wild boar ragù, herb-roasted rack of lamb, osso buco, and aged Pecorino Toscano cheese.
