Farmers Reserve Strength Botanical Small Batch Organic Gin

Farmer's Reserve Strength Botanical Small Batch Organic Gin is an artisanal craft spirit produced in Idaho, United States. Distilled from organic, non-GMO wheat, this higher-proof expression omits the hemp seed found in the standard bottling. Its recipe infuses juniper berries, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander seed, angelica root, sweet orange peel, lime peel, and rosebud, creating a vibrant, citrus-forward, and floral profile over a smooth wheat base.

Food Pairing: Grilled seafood, herb-crusted pork chops, goat cheese crostini, fresh oysters, and citrus-dressed avocado salads.

Tasting Notes: Crystalline clear in appearance with a full, velvety, and well-structured mouthfeel.

Nose: Vibrant and aromatic up front, opening with piney juniper and lemongrass, supported by orange peel, lime zest, subtle elderflower, and fresh rosebud notes.

Palate: Smooth and multi-layered on the palate, featuring crisp resinous juniper and warm coriander spice, evolving into zesty citrus oils, floral elderflower, and a rounded wheat grain warmth.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of pepper spice, sweet lemongrass, citrus oils, and a crisp botanical tail.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a lime wheel or fresh sprig of lemongrass, or build into a classic Dry Martini, Last Word, or Aviation.
