About the Fallentimber Apres Mead
A smooth, warming mead with rich honey character complemented by sweet spice and gentle caramelized notes. The palate is rounded and comforting, balancing concentrated honeyed sweetness with enough freshness to remain approachable, followed by a lingering, warming finish.
