About the Falkenstein Riesling 2021
Falkenstein Riesling 2021 is produced from 100% Riesling in Alto Adige Val Venosta. Fermentation and maturation take place for ten months in large acacia barrels, followed by seven months of bottle ageing. The wine combines apricot, peach and citrus fruit with structured acidity and mineral notes.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled trout, lemon-herb prawns, roasted chicken, and creamy seafood risotto.
