Francois Villard Seul en Scene is a pure Syrah from Seyssuel, offering expressive violet, ripe cherry and strawberry aromas. The palate is supple and generous, with youthful yet velvety tannins and concentrated fruit. Quartz-rich decomposed schist soils contribute to its distinctive northern Rhone character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with beef bourguignon, grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, or aged cheese.
