San Marzano F Negroamaro 2021

San Marzano F Negroamaro 2021 is an opulent, velvety, and deeply structured Italian red wine produced by Cantine San Marzano. Sourced from select old-vine parcels in the Monte La Conca area of Salento, it undergoes maturation in French and Caucasian oak barrels for 12 months. In the glass, it shows a very deep purple-red color with rich aromas of wild dark berries, cherry jam, roasted mushrooms, and sweet spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple, and beautifully balanced, framed by fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with braised beef shanks, roasted lamb chops, rich wild mushroom risotto, pasta with tomato-based meat ragù, and aged cheeses.
