About the Evesham Wood Pinot Noir Temperance Hill 750ml
Vivid red. Expressive, spice-accented cherry and raspberry aromas are complicated by floral, musky earth and succulent herb nuances. Sappy, gently sweet and broad on entry, then more taut on the mid-palate, offering juicy, oak-spiced red/dark berry flavors that become sweeter as the wine opens up. Shows a suave lavender pastille quality on the persistent finish, which is framed by smooth, harmonious tannins. (JR)
