About the Evesham Wood Temperance Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021
A true labor of love. We always feel incredibly fortunate to get a handful of barrels from our 2 acre block at the very top of Temperance. This is a wellfruited TH with its classic top-notes of juniper and bay leaf before moving into cigar humidor moving to a energetic, mouth-filling mid-palate of red fruits and dried flowers.
