Erbaluna Barbera d'Alba Superiore La Rosina is made entirely from Barbera grown on calcareous clay soils with layers of tuff. Aged for about one year in various casks, it shows ripe fruit, evolving spice, firm body, balanced acidity, and a dry finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with smoked meats, game ragu pasta, and medium-aged cheeses.
