Enmascarado 45 Mezcal Joven

100% Espadín mezcal made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The agave is cooked in a traditional stone horno and double-distilled in copper stills, then brought to 45% ABV with spring water.

Food Pairing: Tacos al pastor, grilled carne asada, fresh ceviche, roasted vegetables, and aged goat cheese.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear with moderate viscosity, displaying a well-rounded body with a crisp, earthy texture and a balanced artisan character.

Nose: Vibrant roasted agave upfront, accompanied by green pepper, citrus peel, light herbal tones, and a balanced layer of wood smoke.

Palate: Smooth yet full-flavored, featuring notes of sweet cooked agave, earth, lemon zest, white pepper, and gentle campfire smoke.

Finish: Medium-to-long finish with lingering mineral notes, light citrus bitterness, and a smooth, smoky warmth.
