Crafted by Domaine Bessa Valley in Bulgaria’s picturesque Thracian Valley a joint venture co-founded by Count Stephan von Neipperg of Saint-Émilion Enira White is a sophisticated white blend inspired by the classic white cuvées of the Rhône Valley. Sourced from clay-limestone soils sheltered by the Rhodope Mountains, this unique white expression combines Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. The hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and partial aging in French oak barrels to balance vibrant fruit purity with creamy textural depth.
