Emmanuel Rouget Echezeaux Grand Cru 2021 is a concentrated Pinot Noir from Flagey-Echezeaux in Burgundy's Cote de Nuits. Dark cherry, cassis, strawberry and subtle earthy tones shape a dense, structured palate, while new oak contributes additional depth and richness to this distinguished Grand Cru expression.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck, beef tenderloin, venison, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
