The medium-bodied palate delivers brilliant natural energy, a remarkably texturing waxy density, and a long, profoundly savory, saline finish.
Food Pairing: Outstanding alongside raw seafood crudo, fresh oysters, rich vegetable risottos, poultry roasted with Mediterranean herbs, or creamy regional cheeses.

The 2024 Langhe Nascetta del Comune di Novello Anas-Cëtta is vibrant and expressive, immediately standing out for its aromatic intensity. A pale yellow color, it reveals notes of peach, mango skin, fresh almond, and citrus oils. Medium-bodied, salty, and bright, it carries pure fruit and excellent energy through the palate. Fermented 50% in stainless steel and 50% in 15-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and aged six months before release, this distinctive white has both character and aging potential.
