Elk Cove Riesling 2018 is a crisp, aromatic, and expressive white wine crafted from old estate vines—some dating back to 1975—across three vineyard sites in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Whole-cluster pressed and cold-fermented in small stainless steel tanks, it avoids oak contact to preserve its intense purity, floral aromatics, and vibrant varietal character. In the glass, it opens with fragrant aromas of tangerine peel, ginger blossom, lime candy, orange peel, and slate. The palate is lively and well-structured, delivering layers of lemon, white peach, and ripe stone fruit framed by mouthwatering acidity and a crisp, lingering citrus finish.
