Elevación 1250 Blanco Rosa Tequila is an artisanal 100% blue agave tequila produced by Master Distiller Iliana Partida at NOM 1522 in Amatitán, Jalisco. Crafted from estate-grown agave, cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, and fermented in open-air tanks, this tequila is briefly rested in first-fill Napa Valley French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels to absorb a delicate natural blush hue and subtle red berry nuances without losing its vibrant agave character.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp, watermelon and feta salad, goat cheese crostini, fish tacos, and lemon-berry desserts.

Tasting Notes : Delicate pale pink to rose-gold hue in appearance, offering a soft, crisp, and medium-bodied mouthfeel on the palate.
