Elevación 1250 Reposado Tequila is an artisanal 100% blue agave tequila produced by Master Distiller Iliana Partida at NOM 1522 in Amatitán, Jalisco. Crafted from estate-grown agave cooked in high-pressure autoclaves and fermented in open-air tanks, this reposado expression is aged in American white oak barrels to achieve a balanced profile that highlights both sweet cooked agave and soft oak influence.

Food Pairing: Pork carnitas, grilled chicken fajitas, fish tacos, queso fresco, guacamole, and vanilla flan.

Tasting Notes : Pale golden amber in appearance, offering a smooth, soft, and medium-bodied mouthfeel on the palate.
