Elevación 1250 Blanco Tequila is an artisanal 100% blue agave tequila produced by Master Distiller Iliana Partida at NOM 1522 in Amatitán, Jalisco. Crafted from estate-grown agave, cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, and fermented in open-air tanks, this unaged blanco expression is bottled directly after distillation to showcase the pure, unadulterated flavor of cooked agave and local mineral terroir.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, fish tacos, guacamole, grilled shrimp, goat cheese, and citrus salads.
